Gallery Allee offers three payment options for pet portraits:

1. Internet Order using Google Checkout
2. Money Order
3. Personal Check

Regardless of the payment method you choose, the payment must be made in at least two installments. A minimum fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to commence work on your original, oil pastel painting. Upon completion, a scanned image of the painting will be e-mailed to you for your approval. If you approve, the remaining balance, including shipping fees (and sales tax at the current rate for California residents) will be due. Once all monies are received, the painting will be shipped to you.

For all other product purchases (i.e., note cards and prints), only Google Checkout is accepted.

Internet Order Google Checkout (For All Products):

Gallery Allee accepts payment by Google Checkout. Google Checkout offers consumers a quick and easy way to purchase across the web without the hassle of creating multiple accounts and passwords, provides a fraud protection policy, and controls commercial spam. Money Orderor Personal Check (For Paintings Only):

Money Order:

Gallery Allee accepts Money Orders only in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. bank. Payment will be due in two installments.

Personal Check:

Gallery Allee accepts personal checks only in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. bank. If you pay by personal check, work will not commencement on your painting until your check clears the bank, which may take approximately ten (10) days.

Similarly, the painting will not be released for shipment to you until your check has cleared the bank, and this may cause an additional delay of about ten (10) days before the painting is shipped.

Return & Refund Policies:

Original Oil Pastel Paintings

You will receive an e-mail image of the final portrait before the final payment is due. If you are unsatisfied with the portrait, there is no obligation to pay the remaining balance. Your deposit will be refunded in full, if you paid by personal check or money order. If you paid by Google Checkout, you will receive your deposit less the merchant's processing fee. Regardless of the payment method, you will have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the image is e-mailed to you to advise Gallery Allee if you approve the painting. If you do not want to purchase the painting, and you fail to e-mail your disapproval within the specified time frame, you will forfeit your deposit. In order to avoid confusion, the cancellation deadline will be specified to you.

Once you approve the completed painting, the final balance is due. The sale is final with no refund granted.

Other Products

Prints:

You may return prints ordered from Gallery Allee within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date to obtain a refund on the price of the print, however, the amount of the merchant's processing fee will be retained. In addition, a $5.00 re-stocking fee will be applied for each print returned.

To obtain a refund on the purchase of prints:

• Repackage the prints using the original shipping carton and materials.
• Enclose your receipt (packing slip).
• Pay the return shipping costs and insure purchases over $100.00 for the amount purchased.
