Gallery Allee ships all original, oil pastel, pet portraits and other products by Federal Express. Insurance covering the amount of purchase is included in the cost of shipping. This provides the buyer full cost recovery from the shipper in the event a portrait and/or any other products are damaged in the shipping process.

The buyer pays for shipping costs.

Gallery Allee respects your privacy and does not disclose to any third party the personal information submitted by you via e-mail, U.S. mail, or any other method. However, Lauren Allee (aka "Gallery Allee") reserves the right to use copies of commissioned work (including copies of photographic images of the animals from which the original paintings are created) for her own portfolio and for promotional purposes. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Gallery Allee are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

User expressly agrees that use of Gallery Allee is at User's sole risk. Gallery Allee does not warrant that Gallery Allee will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall Gallery Allee be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Gallery Allee. User hereby acknowledges this paragraph shall apply to all content, products, and services available through Gallery Allee.
